Working Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $22 - $25 an hr
Job Description:
Are you a skilled CNC Machinist looking for an exciting opportunity in North Charleston, SC? Join Intelliknow’s Warehouse team in a direct hire role and become an integral part of our manufacturing operations.
As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC lathes, including 2, 3, and 4 axis turning centers. Your duties will include programming to specifications based on instructions, drawings, and blueprints, using software such as Esprit or similar programs. Additionally, you will develop setup sheets for CNC lathes of various sizes, ensuring efficient and accurate machining processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Experience with 2, 3, and 4 axis turning center.
· Program to specifications following instructions, drawings, blueprints.
· Ability to program using Esprit or similar software.
· Develop setup sheets for CNC lathes of various sizes.
· Tooling knowledge and cutting theory with tool quadrant understanding.
· Clear communication skills in a team environment.
· Keep a clean and organized work area.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· 2 years of CNC Programming experience.
· Able to write G-code from scratch.
· Ability to read and understand programs (G code and M code).
· Experience working with stainless steel 300 series, Monel, Stellite types of material.
· Ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, part specifications and GD&T.
· Ability to use and understand metric and standard measurements.
· Computer skills based around tool geometry, and programming software.
