Job Title: CLM Program Manager (Enterprise Software)Position Type: 12 month contract (expect the project to last 18-24 months, conversion possibly based on the business and performance)Location: Dallas, TX 75207, 2 days weekly onsiteSalary Rate: $80-$82/hr on w2Job ID#: 12345Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements): One of our clients’ legal teams is searching for a Program Manager for the deployment of its Next Generation Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution. This engagement will support the digital transformation of the legal department and other functions in the buy-side and sell-side contracting processes. The program manager will coordinate multiple groups, including legal and IT teams within the company and an implementation partner providing support across multiple workstreams.Responsibilities:
Maintain the program schedule and coordinate inputs from workstream leads. Manage program wide risks, issues, and opportunities to determine impact to program cost and schedule.
Maintain stakeholder assessments for cross-functional organizations and support tasks that drive stakeholder awareness and engagement throughout the life cycle of the project.
Support the creation of change management plans and ensure execution of plan activities in partnership with the change management SME’s and cross-functional partners.
Coordinate steering team calls with executive sponsors and drive the appropriate escalation of risks, issues and opportunities in accordance with the project charter.
Develop and track risk and opportunity plans for the program and manage overall project cost.
Update project status reports on the appropriate cadence to ensure proper accountability across workstreams.
Maintain the project charter and RACI throughout the program and coordinate adjustments as needed.
Support the legal team and groups of contracts subject matter experts to ensure proper participation in the project and to drive process optimization and standardization
Coordinate action items for the extended legal team and workstream schedules for legal teams as part of the larger overall program.
Support process transformation activities within legal and other functional teams to realize the value of CLM software.
Coordinate workshops, program reviews, testing and training sessions that keep key stakeholders and user groups aligned at the right time.
Support the legal team’s participation in the enterprise Quote to Cash initiative and ensure alignment of the CLM program with other Quote to Cash projects, including tracking dependencies and cross-project risks and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Experience leading or playing a key role in an enterprise software implementation for an enterprise, with a preference for a Contract Lifecycle Management solution
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Experience in a relationship management role and ensuring successful completion of projects supporting a diverse group of stakeholders
Proven leadership effectiveness in a fast-paced, global environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a results-oriented manner, shifting easily between strategic and tactical
Demonstrated experience coordinating workstreams on large global projects with team members from multiple organizations, including outside vendors
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to summarize status, risks and issues to the executive level.
Ability to focus a large team on a common goal and to stay on track with schedule and budget, knowing when to properly escalate to ensure accountability and execution
Proven stakeholder management skills
Strong organization skills and ability to keep collaboration environments, such as MS Teams, updated and fresh for valuable collaboration amongst the global team
Program and/or project management certifications a plus
Ability to travel to support program commitments, no more than 20%
