About the job:

As the machine learning technical lead, you will be responsible for the recommendation algorithms of video creation tools globally, overseeing recommendation distribution and user growth optimization across all apps of CapCut, including Jianying, CapCut, and Hypic, to enhance content distribution efficiency and user growth efficiency.

Responsibilities:

· Optimize the core recommendation algorithms and strategy of video creation tools globally, including CapCut, Hypic, etc.

· Enhance user growth efficiency by optimizing content distribution efficiency created by CapCut, Hypic, etc.

· Optimize user experiences during creation by deeply understanding user behavior and state-of-the-art machine learning technologies.

Requirements:

· Strong coding skills with a solid foundation in data structure and algorithms.

· Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in machine learning.

· Excellent problem analysis and solving skills, with a passion for tackling challenging problems.

· Familiarity with one or more areas in machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, or data mining.

· Strong practical ability, papers published in relevant competitions and top academic conferences (such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, etc.) are preferred.

· Must be well-versed in English and Mandarin for international communication and coordination.
