Responsibilities:

1. Competitor Channel Profit Margin Tracking and Verification:

Track and verify competitor channel profit margins（keep updating）.

Establish our own channel profit system, to know the ranges of the distributor and store profit before the product launch.To support regional GTM(Yummy).

2. Product Access Testing: conduct pre-market readiness testing (TS authentication, customer preference validation, store feedback validation).

3. Organization and Assistance in Product Flavor and Taste Testing.

4. Product Launch Monitoring: monitor retail performance: on-shelf efficiency (weekly progress towards shelving goals), product display positions, and POSM (Point of Sale Materials) display conditions.

5. Sample Expansion Progress Tracking: follow up on the progress of sample expansion.

Daily Operations:

1. Sourcing Flavor Testing Resources: identify and source consumers' resources for flavor testing.

2. Competitive Product Research: conduct research on competitive products.

3. Community Management: lead efforts in attracting and maintaining new and existing core consumer users, coordinate closely with the research team in this part.

4. Regional Product Demand Feedback: collect and provide feedback on regional product demand.

1. The candidate should be a vaper, former vaping industry experience would be preferred

2. Strong communication and social skills, able to maintain good relationship with vaping store, consumer

3. Good project and time management skills. The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously would be valuable.

4. Basic MS office skills
