Main Target of this position:

Responsible for product sales, market expansion, business and channel development, including end customer management and distributor relationship management in the respective countries

Main Requirements:

1. Diversified education background is acceptable.

2. Local people (resident) in the region or country where the business is located. North America (focus on the East or West coast of the United States, understand local culture), Europe (Western Europe, English is a must, French/German is plus), Japan (Tokyo, original Japanese), more than 5 years of sales related work experience, including product knowledge, direct sales, channel development with customer management ability.

3. For North American and European market, needs strong self-management and motivation. more than 5 years of DuPont (Tyvek products) related work experience, or work experience in DuPont (Tyvek products) customer, agent/distributor (sales/marketing/business development/technical service positions). It should be less than 5 years, if you have left DuPont or Tyvek products related customers, agent/distributor. 

4. North American and European market targeted companies: Candidates in Sales/marketing/business development/technical services functions, with experience in well-known international medical packaging/coverall/industrial companies are preferred, such as DuPont, Ansell, Lakeland, Kimberly-Clark, 3M, Parksite, Amcor, Oliver, Bemis, Nelipak, Techniplex, etc.
