Responsibilities:
- Respond efficiently and accurately to users who reach out for support
- Follow up for more information to resolve the users' issue, triaging and escalating when necessary, and explaining possible solutions to ensure our users feel supported and valued.
- Learn and utilize support tools and software appropriately.
- Sort through user feedback from multiple channels
- 4 years of experience providing exceptional customer service via email/written channels
- Proficiency with computers, CRM software, ticketing systems/platforms, and strong typing skills
- First-class time management and decision-making skills
