Job Title: Go to Market Specialist/Manager Position Type: Full Time/Permanent Location: Dallas, Tx Salary Range: Not more than $120,000 Job ID#: 140450 Responsibilities:
Competitor Channel Profit Margin Tracking and Verification:
Track and verify competitor channel profit margins (keep updating)
Establish our own channel profit system, to know the ranges of the distributor and store profit before the product launch to support regional GTM (Yummy)
Organization and Assistance in Product Flavor and Taste Testing
Product Launch Monitoring: monitor retail performance: on-shelf efficiency (weekly progress towards shelving goals), product display positions, and POSM (Point of Sale Materials) display conditions.
Sample Expansion Progress Tracking: follow up on the progress of sample expansion.
Daily Operations:
Sourcing Flavor Testing Resources: identify and source consumers' resources for flavor testing.
Competitive Product Research: conduct research on competitive products.
Community Management: lead efforts in attracting and maintaining new and existing core consumer users, coordinate closely with the research team in this part.
Regional Product Demand Feedback: collect and provide feedback on regional product demand.
Job Qualification
The candidate should be a vaper, former vaping industry experience would be preferred
Strong communication and social skills, able to maintain good relationship with vaping store, consumer
Good project and time management skills. The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously would be valuable.
Basic MS office skills
MUST HAVE:
E-cigarette industry professionals: Familiar with the local market, customers, and products, passionate about products, and possess good market insight.
Able to connect with customer product procurement and flavor evaluation personnel, familiar with local flavor resources, and have a good understanding of taste and flavor.
Able to closely connect with secondary distributors and stores, obtaining first-hand information from the frontline.
Good communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively communicate with regional GTM (Go-to-Market) and SALES teams, coordinating resources to assist in project advancement.
Basic framework sense and logical thinking, able to communicate seamlessly with headquarters GTM, and possess good product planning and output capabilities.
