Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin - "Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China."The Production Assistant is responsible for managing the financial aspects of the production studio. This role involves sending contracts, cost tracking, and ensuring that all financial transactions are documented and reported accurately. The Production Assistant works closely with producers and other departments to ensure financial efficiency throughout the production process.Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in production accounting, film, or television industry preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work onsite in Culver City, CA for 4 days a week
