Responsibilities:
- Respond to seller inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inventory, shipments, orders, and account health.
- Provide detailed and accurate information to sellers regarding FBT policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve systemic issues.
- Document interactions and resolutions in the support system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments.
- Maintain a high level of seller satisfaction by ensuring quick and effective resolution of issues.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in an e-commerce or logistics environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with seller platforms and services is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with learning new software tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
