About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit candidates for senior-level IT and technical specialist roles
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to ensure only the best candidates are presented to our clients
- Client Consultation: Advise clients on hiring strategies and tailor recruitment efforts to meet their specific needs
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends to evaluate candidates using the latest standards and measurements
- Client Development: Build and expand our client portfolio through expert consultation, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business
- Networking: Engage with potential candidates to promote IntelliSource and attract top IT Technical professionals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience: Success in recruiting for the technology sector with a deep understanding of IT roles and requirements
- Technical Savvy: Ability to understand and explain complex job requirements and technical skills
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and candidates effectively
- Resourcefulness: Tenacity and creativity in sourcing and attracting top talent
- Networking Ability: Strong skills in building and maintaining a solid network of IT professionals
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, communications, marketing, business, or a related field
- Recruitment Experience: Two or more years of experience in IT or technical recruiting, preferably within an agency setting
