About the Role

As an IT Technical Recruiter at IntelliSource, you will play a pivotal role in connecting top-tier IT talent with leading global businesses. This is your chance to make a significant impact in the industry, help shape the future of IT recruitment, and grow your career to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Recruit candidates for senior-level IT and technical specialist roles
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to ensure only the best candidates are presented to our clients
  • Client Consultation: Advise clients on hiring strategies and tailor recruitment efforts to meet their specific needs
  • Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends to evaluate candidates using the latest standards and measurements
  • Client Development: Build and expand our client portfolio through expert consultation, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business
  • Networking: Engage with potential candidates to promote IntelliSource and attract top IT Technical professionals

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Experience: Success in recruiting for the technology sector with a deep understanding of IT roles and requirements
  • Technical Savvy: Ability to understand and explain complex job requirements and technical skills
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and candidates effectively
  • Resourcefulness: Tenacity and creativity in sourcing and attracting top talent
  • Networking Ability: Strong skills in building and maintaining a solid network of IT professionals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, communications, marketing, business, or a related field
  • Recruitment Experience: Two or more years of experience in IT or technical recruiting, preferably within an agency setting
