This includes our Unbeatable Internet, TV & Streaming services, mobile, personal home security services, and Xfinity Voice services.
As a Xfinity Field Sales professional, you would be responsible for the promotion and sale of Comcast products and services including video, high-speed Internet, and voice.
The primary focus is on increasing connect volume in assigned territories through sales to former customers to win them back.
Utilizes advanced knowledge of Comcast's products and services as well as sales process experience to maximize sales and effectively work assigned turf.
Xfinity Sales Professional - Field Sales Representative Compensation Package :
Displays thorough and recent competitive knowledge of features, benefits, product differences, pricing and campaigns for video, high-speed internet, voice, Xfinity mobile, Xfinity Home, XFi Complete, and Flex.
Effectively communicates and develops rapport with customers and key stakeholders.
Evaluate individual customers' potential product needs and make recommendations.
Presents Comcast products and pricing models as well as competitive advantages over other service providers.
Evaluate and stay well-informed of competitive offers and frames responses to show the benefits of Comcast.
Implements effective sales closing techniques to ensure product installation goal is achieved.
Participates in continuous learning activities to stay up-to-date on product enhancements and features.
Develops strong working relationships with property owners of single-family unit companies and leverages their support for onsite programs and events.
Works with real estate, construction / builder sales agents, and other sales agents on new customer lead generation programs and prospecting.
