Intelliswift Software Inc is Hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk Near Los Angeles, CA
Location: Woodland Hills, CA 91367 (Hybrid)
Duration: 3 months
Contract Type: W2 only
Pay Rate: $27.31/Hour
Duties
- Prepares and processes payments accurately and on time for amounts owed by the company.
- Reviews and verifies all purchase orders, statements, and invoices needed to prepare payments.
- Reconciles bills and balances accounts.
- Identifies and resolves any discrepancies to an account.
- Tracks all payment and transaction records using applicable systems.
- May maintain vendor files. Reports to Account Supervisor or Account Manager. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.
- Communication: Communicate clearly, succinctly and respectfully in writing and verbally; can get messages across with desired effect; able to interact professionally with all levels of personnel, including business unit Executives
- Learning on the Fly: Grasps the essence and the underlying structure of a task or requirement quickly; learn swiftly when facing new problems; open to change; analyse both successes and failures for clues to improvement; enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks;
- Action Oriented: Enjoys working hard; is action oriented and full of energy; not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning; able to work independently and as team collaborator in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment; will be self-motivated and extremely well organized
- Must be Detail oriented.
- Knowledge of accounting software and databases needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, 6 - 9 years
