Job Title: Mailroom Clerk
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Duration: 7 months Contract
Working Hours: 15-20 hrs/week
Pay Range: $20-$24/hr on W2
Job Description : Supporting the incoming/outgoing and sorting of bank mail. This mail is time sensitive bank mail (checks to/from clients, contracts, urgent notices, etc.)
Experience to include:
" Admin or office support.
" Mail /UPS/FedEx experience.
" Ability to multitask.
" Detail oriented.
" Team player
Responsibilities:
" Customer service oriented
" Possess strong organizational skills and can pay close attention to detail
" Demonstrate basic computer skills for purposes of data entry
" Able to multitask and perform many different duties such as delivering mail, collecting mail and answering questions all at the same time
" Good communications skills to deal with the mailroom customers CLIENT employees.
" Familiar with UPS and FedEx shipping processes
" Able to lift 30-50 lb. boxes
