Location: Chicago, IL 60606 (candidate can be remote, but must be able to go into office as the laptop set up will require them to commute to the office)
Duration: 6 months
Contract Type: W2 only
Pay Rate Range: $30 - $34.48/Hour
Role MandateThis candidate will be joining the client as a support executive under CS&I to provide administrative assistance related to the onboarding and offboarding of internal users.
Role Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)
- Access provisioning for internal TPPS, and CS&I users
- Handle escalations coming in related to existing requests with the assistance of team lead
- Maintain an individual tracker including updates for all of their open requests
- Maintaining a Team Project Tracker with updates on personal requests
- Application audits as necessary
- Good attention to detail; in depth
- Organizational skills; in depth
- Office 365 experience; basic
- Collaboration skills
- Problem solving
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Willing to learn and adapt to new processes
- Previous HR onboarding and offboarding experience
- Previous experience at a major financial institution
- Office 365 experience; in depth
