Description of responsibilities:

Qualifications:
10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and App Engine modules.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS, and other web technologies.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations with other systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow's Common Service Data Model (CSDM).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
Responsibilities:
Architectural Leadership:
- Define and maintain the overall ServiceNow architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the design of ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM,SPM, IRM and App Engine modules.
- Provide architectural oversight and guidance on all ServiceNow projects and initiatives.
Solution Design:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Ensure best practices are followed in the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
Platform Management:
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
- Manage platform upgrades and ensure compatibility with existing solutions.
- Monitor system performance, resolve technical issues, and optimize the platform for scalability.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with developers, administrators, and other IT teams to ensure cohesive and efficient development processes.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members and developers.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
- Present architectural solutions to stakeholders.
Compliance & Security:
- Ensure that ServiceNow solutions comply with industry standards and bank's security policies.
- Implement and enforce security best practices within the ServiceNow platform.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow and related technologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance platform capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more areas (ITSM, ITOM, App Engine, etc.).
- Additional certifications in ITIL or other relevant frameworks are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other ServiceNow modules such as SecOps, HR Service Delivery, or Customer Service Management.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
