The Opportunity:
IntePros Federal is seeking several, talented Senior Agile Coach(s) in support of our federal government customer, the Department of the Navy, assisting with the creation of a Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE). This coach will support Agile Transformation efforts based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) values and principles playing a vital role supporting the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies across multiple portfolios. The successful candidate will be able to work across organizational boundaries to facilitate communication and collaboration. Your SAFe Agile expertise will provide coaching, facilitating, mentoring and teaching to ensure best practices are understood and adapting to align with organizational context and mission requirements.
Clearance: Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance.
Locations: National Capital Region (NCR)
**This position is a TELEWORK schedule only for those who reside within the NCR with the ability to be on-site as needed with the federal customer and program demands including the ability to work EST business hours of operation.
Role & Responsibilities:
The position will be part of a Team of Agile coaches working together to ensure SAFe practices are consistently applied, refined and adopted across the portfolios. Developing and maintaining the Agile Transformation service offerings to enhance capabilities and understanding of key services such as:

• Coaching at the Executive, Portfolio, ART and Team levels
• SAFe Training for all classes
• SAFe workshops and customized workshops based on organizational needs.
• Establishing and supporting Communities of Practice
• Create and perform Agile Assessments aligned with SAFe best practices and Federal standards.
• ART Launch services
• Value Stream Management services
• DevOps implementation services
• LPM/LACE implementation services
• Create and maintain methods of measuring Agile adoption and implementation of best practices
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently in support of a common vision.
• Effective Agile Coaching experience at all levels of an organization.
• US Federal Government experience.
• Strong knowledge and experience with the Scaled Agile Framework.
• Track record of implementing agile techniques in different work cultures and environments.
• Strong skills facilitating, collaborating, leading, training, and coaching.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expert understanding of metrics and measurements used to determine team performance.
• Experience working with technologist and business leaders.
• Conflict Management and resolution..
• Experience utilizing agile delivery/ALM tools such as Jira, ADO, etc.
• Expert with Microsoft (MS) Office Suite, MS Teams, and MS SharePoint.

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in technology or related field
• Preferred:
  • Master's degree in IT or related field
• 5 years working in an Agile role.
• 6 years IT project experience
  • Preferred:
    • 8 years SAFe Agile experience.
    • 10 years IT project experience.
    • Federal Government experience.

Certifications:

• Required:
  • SAFe Agilist (SA6)
  • Additionally, one or more of the following certifications:
    • SAFe Lean Portfolio Management
    • SAFe DevOps
    • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager
    • SAFe Scrum Master
    • SAFe Release Train Engineer

• Preferred:
  • Change Management Certifications (Kotter or Prosci)
  • ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC)
  • Kanban Management Professional (KMP)
  • Jira Certifications (Jira Administration for Cloud, Managing Jira Projects for Cloud
