Business Analyst Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst (BSA) with 2-3 years of experience in writing requirements. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to effectively communicate with an executive-level audience, demonstrating outstanding written and verbal communication skills that cater to various levels of stakeholders. This role requires a proactive and confident individual who is outgoing, adaptable, and capable of multitasking effectively to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation suitable for different audience levels, including executives.
- Execute analysis and evaluations to identify potential improvements or inefficiencies within existing processes.
- Assist in project planning, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Engage in thorough documentation of system and functional specifications.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members.
- Participate in requirement validation and testing efforts to ensure accurate implementation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
