Data AnalystIntePros is looking for a Data Analyst to work on-site, 5 days a week, for our Premier Client located in Seattle, WA. This is an exciting role that will work within a new product introduction team helping to launch the newest products.

Data AnalystIntePros is looking for a Data Analyst to work on-site, 5 days a week, for our Premier Client located in Seattle, WA. This is an exciting role that will work within a new product introduction team helping to launch the newest products.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Manage all aspects of Order and Fulfillment Management
- Triage blockers for orders as flagged by internal ordering system
- Track multiple deliverables / tickets with internal partners to closure
- Manage Order and fulfillment related instances such as PO modifications
- Flexible to accommodate working across different time zones, since it’s a global team
- Engage with Business, Vendors and Internal stakeholders for Procurement and Fulfill PO requirement
- Analyze PO data from numerous databases (using Excel, SQL and/or other data management systems) and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
- Superior analytical skills, with ability to dive in and quickly understand root cause and identify scalable solutions
- Having advanced MS Excel and office is a must requirement. Ability to manage data sets (create VLOOKUP and Pivots)
- SQL
- 3-6 years of experience working with large-scale complex datasets
- Be able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, equally adept at working with engineers as well as business leaders
- Strong analytical mindset, ability to decompose business requirements into an analytical plan, and execute the plan to answer those business questions
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field. A graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) and 3-6 years of capacity experience.
- Strong analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving.
- 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Order and Fulfillment Management
- Fluency in standard software including MS Excel. Knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Successful characteristics for the position are the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment.
