We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Campaign Project Manager to ensure our campaign operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires someone who can independently reach out to internal team members to schedule meetings, determine campaign feasibility, and execute campaigns from start to finish. The ideal candidate is highly organized, excels in communication, and can keep the team on track to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of pre-sale and active campaigns.
- Gather necessary assets, manage campaign calendars, and participate in reviews with advertisers and internal partners.
- Create and manage work-back schedules, pitch processes, and timelines to launch campaigns.
- Work with advertisers to meet their needs, including revising plans based on feedback and developing pricing models.
- Maintain ownership of projects, ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational and soft skills with a proactive approach to pushing processes forward.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to keep teams aligned and focused.
- Basic proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office; familiarity with Quip is a plus.
- Experience in project management within the advertising industry is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexibly with a predominantly East Coast-based team; no strict in-office requirements.
