We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage data center projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data center operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee data center projects, including construction, upgrades, and migrations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project deliverables.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the data center or IT infrastructure industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale data center projects.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and networking systems.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
