Role Overview:

As an INTER_ Content Creator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and editing visually striking video content that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and messaging. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing creative team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute projects from start to finish. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your artistic flair, technical skills, and storytelling ability while contributing to the growth and success of our brand. Working freelance with INTER_ on a project-by-project basis, this role offers creators flexibility and creative freedom for each video produced in partnership with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit original video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Storyboarding: Develop visual narratives and storyboards that effectively communicate our brand's message and engage our target audience. Introduce content ideas and visuals that differ from the standard "lifestyle" content produced by UGC creators and Influencers.
• Research and Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and social media best practices to continually enhance the quality and impact of our content.

Pay Range:

$300-$500 per project.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a video content creator, videographer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of videography, lighting, composition, and other principles of visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new ideas and techniques.
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Students or artists with a background in filmmaking, production, digital media, or other relevant industries are strongly encouraged to submit.
