Job Overview:

- Support talent management initiatives within the organization
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with HR systems like UltiPro, ATS, Dayforce, and SAP
- Familiarity with FMLA regulations and employee evaluation processes
- Knowledge of ADP for payroll processing is a plus
- Strong data collection and analytical skills
- Understanding of workers' compensation procedures
- Ability to effectively manage talent within the organization
