Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and possess knowledge of various HR systems and processes.

Duties:

- Manage employee data within HR systems such as UltiPro, ATS, Dayforce, and SAP
- Oversee employee evaluations and performance management processes
- Administer FMLA and other leave programs
- Assist in data collection and analysis for HR metrics reporting
- Handle workers' compensation claims and related processes
- Support talent management initiatives within the organization

Requirements:

- Proven experience working with HR systems like UltiPro, ATS, Dayforce, and SAP
- Familiarity with FMLA regulations and employee evaluation processes
- Knowledge of ADP for payroll processing is a plus
- Strong data collection and analytical skills
- Understanding of workers' compensation procedures
- Ability to effectively manage talent within the organization
