What does the job entail?

• Perform a 1:1 behavioral therapy by implementing behavioral interventions based on applied behavior analysis
• Collect and record accurate and timely data during therapeutic treatment
• Provide information to BCBAs regarding the learners progress
• Receive and implement feedback from BCBA
• Use sound judgment throughout therapeutic treatment to ensure adequate therapy time is provided toward Individual Goals/Targets
• Work on/assist with special projects necessary or important to the operations of InterAct
• Attending required trainings

What work experience and education do you need?

• High-School Diploma – Required
• Associated or Bachelors degree in human services fields - Preferred
• Active RBT certification - Preferred
• Previous experience in human services field (ABA preferred) - Preferred

• Adaptable: Change will happen almost daily in this role. This person must be willing and able to shift their focus and attention when and where needed with an open mind.
