About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and experienced Team Leads to join our team in a fast-paced food production environment. In this role, you will supervise and support a team of associates, ensuring smooth daily operations, quality production, and adherence to safety standards.

What You Will Do:
- Train and supervise new hires and temporary team members.
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality products are delivered.
- Motivate and challenge team members to achieve and exceed daily performance goals.
- Monitor attendance and escalate concerns to leadership.
- Assist in developing critical roles and supporting team performance.
- Conduct audits to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
- Maintain work areas and equipment in clean, working condition.
- Collaborate with managers and supervisors to resolve production concerns.
What You Bring:
- in food production, warehouse, or manufacturing environments.
- Experience training and supervising temporary associates is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), WMS systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Physical ability to:
- Stand for extended periods.
- Lift up to 40 lbs.
- Work in varying temperatures (hot, cold, or freezing environments).
- Perform tasks that require bending, squatting, pushing, and reaching.
Job Schedule:
- Monday to Friday | 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM
- Occasional overtime or weekend availability may be required.
