Seeking someone with the following experience:

• Strong background in the extrusion and resin formulation process and relatable equipment.
• Continuous Improvement and being a change agent.
• Recipe control to minimize waste.
• Root Cause / Data Analysis / Statistics & Statistical Process Control / Project Management.
• Product Development & Enhancement.
• Standardizing processes between facilities.
• Environmental Infrastructure.
