We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (SR. BSA II) for Technical Services. In this role, you'll be pivotal in understanding and enhancing business processes, capturing business and functional requirements, and promoting best practices. You'll design and configure key systems and applications, collaborating with end-users to develop and test solutions that meet their needs. Additionally, you'll drive the implementation and adoption of applications/systems to scale operations, improve practices, and address new business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct CRP sessions to showcase Oracle functionality in Service Contracts, Depot Repair, and Installed Base.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements from business users.
• Implement and configure Oracle's Service Contracts, Depot Repair, and Installed Base modules using best practices.
• Analyze and address non-standard business requirements with industry-standard solutions.
• Lead data conversion efforts for Service Contracts, Depot Repair, and Installed Base.
• Develop and demonstrate prototype solutions.
• Provide detailed requirements to developers, DBAs, and other team members.
• Create and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans.
• Manage system-testing activities for releases and upgrades.
• Conduct training for technical and non-technical users.
• Document system configurations and testing protocols to ensure compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience improving business processes using Oracle EBS modules for Service Contracts, Depot Repair, and Installed Base.
• Experience with full lifecycle EBS implementations.
• Skilled in creating business process models.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle tools like Jira is a plus.
• Strong team player with minimal need for direct supervision.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose innovative solutions.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

Work Environment:

• Primarily office-based with frequent sitting, standing, and walking.
• Daily use of computers and digital devices.
• Some local travel required; valid driver’s license necessary.
• Physical demands include extended periods of standing during meetings or facility walkthroughs.
