Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Specialist at InterAmerica Stage, Inc. located in Sanford, FL. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for financial statements, accounting software management, journal entries, and other finance-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial statements, Quick Books accounting software, and journal entries
- Proficient in Contract Accounting and Contract Billing
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and financial reporting
- Experience with OCIP/CCIP reporting, Certified payroll, and tax reporting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills both B to B and B to C
- Bachelor's degree or min 3 years experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in the entertainment and construction industry is a plus
