About Interbay Door:

Interbay Door provides customer doors for residential projects. Our primary customers are contractors working on remodels and new builds. We provide high quality doors, and hands-on service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee projects from order to customer delivery.
• Review orders for accuracy
• Insure all items for project have been ordered, received, delivered.
• Schedule work in shop, deliveries to customer
• Manage accounts payable: enter bills into system, send for manager approval.
• Review and maintain customer accounts: document reseller certificates, send invoices, collect payments
• Maintain inventory list
• Answer phone
• Manage email inbox

Skills that will make you successful in this role:

• 2 years of related experience in similar role
• Self motivated and will to hit the ground running to create new processes
• Inquisitive, eager to learn
• Attention to detail
• Customer service mind-set
• Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel
• QuickBooks Online
