Reports to: IT Systems Manager
Location: Harrisonburg, VA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 20 Hrs./Week, $15/hr.

- Weekends/Holidays as needed based on project-related work
- Willingness/ability for travel to remote facilities as needed
- Work with IT Systems Analysts and the IT System Manager to scope, design, test and deploy new API and EDI Integrations
- Learn broad-spectrum, Software/API Life Cycles
- Assist with maintaining current API and EDI Integrations
- Assist with training new and existing team members on IT related functions
- Acclimate with network architecture. (Local and Cloud)
- Work with IT Support Technicians in learning and supporting help desk activities.
- Assist with IT project task, tracking time and status on project tickets
- Track time and update status on support related tickets
- Assist the IT System Manager with report building in ConnectWise Manage
- Work with vendors as needed in support of new or daily operational request
- Acclimate with warehousing and warehouse automation
- Exemplify the InterChange Work Principles
- One or more years of study in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science fields, or equivalent work experience
- Possess strong data and root cause analysis skills
- Experience with one or more programming languages
- Fluency in Microsoft Office productivity applications
- Flexibility - ability to act quickly and make changes in a short timeframe to aid operations
- Willingness to work with Windows & Android operating systems & ability to work with outside vendors for IT assistance as needed.
- Visualize how IT infrastructure can improve efficiency & QC in warehouse operations
- Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI X12, EDIFACT, or similar)
- Experience with API Led Design
- Experience with Mulesoft, GitHub, and Azure Dev OPs
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
- Experience in third party logistics
- Experience with Connectwise Manage
