Intercity Transit is searching for a skilled HR professional with expertise in workers' compensation claim management. This position requires the ability to navigate complex situations with sensitivity and care. The HR Analyst will manage a caseload of complex work-related injury claims and act as a liaison between the agency, healthcare providers, and Labor & Industries (L&I) representatives.
