Job Title: Technical Product Owner / Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner / Engineering Manager with a background in banking and data analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in product ownership, translating requirements, and driving the development of a central data platform.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the CEO of the product, owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
- Drive the development and maintenance of a central data platform
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities
- Utilize strong business acumen to make informed decisions that drive business value
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in product ownership and engineering management
- Proven experience in the banking industry and data analytics
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with Agile methodologies
