Interim HealthCare of Sioux Falls is seeking a recruiter withfull-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and attractingcandidates to interviewing and hiring top talent.

Our reputationspeaks for itself, Interim HealthCare has been in the healthcareindustry for over 50 years and we're just gettingstarted!

The right person for thisjob will be very proficient in Microsoft Office products, have goodcommunication skills, and have a fun, energetic, and outgoingpersonality! You will need to be personable, friendly andwell-versed with selling a job to a candidate.

Responsibilities :

• Recruitingquality nurses (RN's, LPN's) and healthcare staff (CNA's, MedAides, Dietary, etc) and connecting them with healthcarecommunities in need
• Prepare recruitingmaterials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social mediarecruitment sites
• Screen active and passivecandidates and conduct interviews and use various tools to assesscandidate skills and aptitude
• Participate inrecruiting activities, including job fairs and communityevents.

Education :

• Highschool diploma or GED required. Post-Secondary degreepreferred.
• One year experience in recruitment,training or human resources preferred.
