Job Description
Interim HealthCare is looking for extremely motivated CNA / HHA to provide personal care as assigned by RN Case Manager to our clients in the home setting :
Excellent communication
Assist client with bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, maintaining a clean and safe environment
Assist client with other activities : shopping, homemaking, prepare and serve meals, and client socialization
Assist with ambulation, transfer, and / or range of motion exercises
Utilize good infection control measures
Recognize, document and report changes in client environment to supervisor
Job Requirements
Must have a current Florida CNA License and / or Home Health Aide certificate with 75 hours of training from an accredited school
1 Year Experience
Excellent Communication
Current CPR
Valid Driver's License
Proof of Current Car Insurance
Able to Lift, Carry, Push or Pull up to 50 lbs
