Interim HealthCare is seeking a RN for a 1:1 2024/2025 school year assignment . The care provided would be for an elementary school aged female with multiple medical needs. We are seeking a nurse who has experience with g-tubes and seizure disorders. The nurse will provide support throughout the day with activities of daily living, toileting, feeding, monitoring of seizure activity, administration of medication as needed, riding the bus to/from school with student to monitor health, and supporting access to her education. Hours would be approximately 8:30am - 3:35pm to ensure time to ride the bus with the student to/from home/school.
Assignment Start/End: 8/26/24 - 6/13/25
Pay: $50.00/hour

Job Requirements
- Valid Nursing License (RN) in the State of New Hampshire
- One year of clinical working experience within the last five years
- Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
- Must have experience with g-tubes and seizure disorders.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs with no restrictions
- Must have reliable transportation
