As the Vice President of Finance / Controller, you will develop the financial and operational strategy to preserve community assets and report accurate financial results.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree in accounting required; master’s degree in business, finance or accounting preferred.

Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.

Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions: Must be able to sit at a desk for up to six hours per day. Must be able to stoop, bend, stretch, and squat to access files and various documentation; must be able to lift to twenty (20) pounds frequently.
