Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Scheduler to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing staffing schedules to ensure that client care needs are met efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling of home care staff to meet the needs of clients.
• Communicate effectively with caregivers and clients to manage scheduling changes and preferences.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records using our scheduling software.
• Handle incoming calls from clients and caregivers related to scheduling.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to address and resolve scheduling issues.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in administration or relevant field is a plus.
• Previous experience in scheduling or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in EMR and scheduling software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize duties.
