Interim HealthCare has an opportunity for a part-time Medical Social Worker (MSW). The Medical Social Worker (MSW) helps identify and provide for each patient's social, emotional, and psychological needs. Essential functions include but are not limited to developing a social history; social assessment and care plan which identifies status, pertinent problems and needs of the patient.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work or license and/or certification to meet state and/or federal requirements for the position.
• At least one year of experience in a home health environment is preferred.
• Must have knowledge of state and federal guidelines.
• Must have demonstrated skills in communication, documentation, assessment and social work methods techniques.
