Salary: $80,000 a year
Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm in the Sunrise, FL office

As a Service Desk Engineer, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
Work closely with clients to troubleshoot technical issues over the phone or via e-mail by accessing PCs remotely.
Responsible for resolving escalated Service Desk tickets and issues
Administer and manage Engineer ServiceDesk applications for ticketing.
Assist in managing small projects requested by the clients.
Configure and support the following: Microsoft Window desktop and server operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, etc.
A few must-haves for a Service Desk Engineer:
Bachelor’s degree and 5 - 7 years of experience providing support for end user groups of over 3,500 people
Experience with Microsoft O365 and Azure required
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service
