Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional care for our clients on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our clients, providing both physical and emotional support.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Care: Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Mobility Assistance: Help clients with walking, transferring from bed to wheelchair, and other mobility needs.
Medication Management: Ensure clients take prescribed medications on time.
Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and assist with feeding if necessary.
Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe and tidy environment.
Companionship: Provide emotional support, engage in conversation, and participate in activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in the client’s condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Transportation: Accompany clients to appointments or social activities, ensuring safe transportation.
Emergency Response: Act quickly and appropriately in emergencies, following established protocols.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Physical Ability: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and assisting with mobility.
Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and have a clean driving record.

Compensation
Competitive hourly wage based on experience and qualifications
Overtime pay for extended hours
