Specialising in offering strategic, commercial, and timely advice tailored to each client, as a trusted legal counsel to leading international businesses, you will navigate the complexities of the fast-paced, evolving marketplace, aligning solutions with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Providing pre-contract risk management and targeted negotiation strategies.
• Developing alternative dispute resolution strategies.
• Offering insurance coverage guidance.
• Assisting in hearings, motions, trials, and appeals globally.
• Navigating complex multi-party or multi-jurisdictional disputes.
• Collaborating with clients to identify and manage related issues impacting operational strength and financial well-being.
• Advising on reputation management, media, regulatory, and governmental implications.
• Utilising innovative resources, technology, e-discovery, and strategic negotiation.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong project-management skills and dedication to delivering value to clients.

• Ability to handle disputes of varying sizes and profiles.
• Familiarity with emergency situations, including pre-emptive remedies like injunctions and asset-tracing orders.
