Job Title – Employment Litigation Partner

Package ­­­- $200,000 - $300,000 Basic Salary Bonus (depending on portable business size)

Location – Hybrid (2/3 days) – Los Angeles, CA

Role Overview :

Seeking an Employment Litigation Partner to play a key role in the ongoing upward trajectory of this amazing and outstanding law firm.

Experience required

• Minimum of 8 years of handling all aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour matters, class actions and PAGA etc.
• Experience in supervision and management of multiple attorneys.
• Experience in investigations before the Department of Labor, the California Department of Industrial Relations, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, EEOC and other state and local human rights agencies.
• Experience in Federal and State courts related to employment litigation.
• Barred in California.

Candidate Requirements :

• 8 years Experience in Employment Litigation Law.
• Portable book of business in Labor and Employment Law. (Helpful not required)
• Partners must be Team players with a positive, ambitious mentality.
