The ideal candidate will be eager to take charge of cases, actively develop and implement legal strategies, and excel in producing thorough and persuasive legal memoranda, analysis, and reasoning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with clients, building strong professional relationships.
- Gain practical experience in court, including on-your-feet advocacy.
- Conduct and defend depositions with confidence.
- Research and write motions and briefs with precision and clarity.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of commercial litigation experience in state and/or federal courts.
- Excellent academic background.
- Must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar.
