Internal Data Resources is Hiring an ICU RN Near Jackson, WY

Job Summary:
As an ICU Staff Nurse, you will be an integral part of our intensive care unit team, providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patient vital signs, administering medications, managing life support equipment, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. Your dedication and expertise will be essential in delivering exceptional care to those in need during their most vulnerable moments.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess critically ill patients, including vital signs, neurological status, and response to treatment.
  • Administer medications and intravenous therapies according to physician orders and unit protocols.
  • Operate and troubleshoot life support equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding their condition, treatment options, and prognosis.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
  • Open to new grads!
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Supplemental pay types

  • $10,000 Sign on Bonus
  • $2000 relocation stipend and $1350/month temporary housing stipend for six-months with a two-year employment agreement.
  • $5/hr differential for nights and $2/hr differential for weekends.
