ServiceNow SPM Consultant

Overview:

Immediate and long-term consulting opportunity for a ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Consultant to join industry leading company in the Pharmaceutical sector headquartered in Fort Worth, TX. The ServiceNow SPM Consultant will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. You will conduct research, configure systems, and drive Proof of Concept efforts. The role involves maintaining testing protocols, facilitating new application rollouts, and creating reports and dashboards. Additionally, the analyst will ensure compliance with relevant processes and standards.

Required Skills for ServiceNow SPM Analyst

• Strong experience with ServiceNow SPM out of box (OoB) functionality
• Hands-on project experience with the SPM (formerly ITBM) module
• Hands-on experience configuring and facilitating new rollouts of new applications
• Experience configuring and scripting solutions is preferred

Pay: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
