Job Title: Patient Services Representative Location: Greenville, SC
Job Description: IMA Patient Services Representatives contribute to our vision statement by establishing and sustaining valuable working relationships with providers, staff, and management so that we can provide high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, various activities related to patient intake and directing a call volume of >2500 per week to specific locations within the practice. Serving more than 30 providers within Internal Medicine, Patient Services Representatives need to have strong organizational skills along with the ability to think on their feet when faced with new situations that arise throughout each day within a professional medical environment.
