Position Overview :

IAIP is seeking a dynamic and experienced Membership Development Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to enhance our membership base, promote our events and publications, and develop membership benefits and processes that resonate with our target community.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing, with a passion for growth and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and execute effective marketing strategies to promote IAIP's membership, events, and publications.
• Conduct market research and analyze survey results to develop and clearly define membership benefits that align with the needs and wants of our target community.
• Create and implement a streamlined membership signup and renewal process.
• Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to introduce new membership benefits, processes, with the goal of attracting new members and retaining existing ones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on membership growth and community engagement.
• Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, with a knack for creating compelling content.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to develop innovative solutions to drive growth.
• Knowledge of or interest in Islamic Psychology and its principles is highly desirable.
