International Center For Autism is Hiring a Behavior Technician Near Cross, TX

An RBT is in charge of carrying out a behavioral health plan on a daily basis, which includes interviewing patients, performing follow-ups, and collecting data. They also communicate directly with BCBAs, individuals with Autism, and engage with family members.

Their responsibilities include:

  • Follow behavioral health plans developed by a BCBA to provide beneficial and effective care to patients.
  • Participate in counseling and meeting sessions
  • Answer questions from Adults and their families
  • Assist Adults with day-to-day tasks
  • Observe Adults behaviors to collect data
  • Teach specific skills required for skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction
  • Nurture a Adult’s social abilities
  • Inform parents and other caregivers about behavioral intervention findings

Supervision can be provided for those currently attending or in the process of attending school to become a BCBA or BCaBA.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
