International College of Health Sciences is Hiring an Academic Support Specialist/Student Advisor Near Boynton, FL

Has previous experience in customer service or a support role; preferably one or two years.
Is an excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
Can think critically, showcasing great problem-solving abilities.
Approaches customer interactions with patience and empathy.
Can multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Has basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn technical concepts.
Can work independently without supervision
Has the ability to work with sensitive information in a confidential manner
Can adapt to change quickly
Anticipates and solves problems
Can work with a wide range of diverse internal and external constituencies
Able to manage multiple activities/projects
Can work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
Comfortable being on camera in virtual meetings
Willing to work both On-campus and some remote scheduled time
Comfortable with multiple technology systems

Qualifications:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree is preferred, but a combination of education and experience may be considered.
Flexible schedule required, including some nights and weekends.
