We offer
The purpose of the Executive Assistant position is to provide support to Medical Services programs and its leadership team. This 1.0 FTE is a shared administrative assistant position: 0.5 FTE of this position supports the administrative needs of Medical Services programs and 0.5 FTE supports the Executive Office at ICHS. This position is responsible for coordinating the Medical Provider peer reviews and contracting process.
Hourly pay range: $32.60 - $47.73
Education - Bachelor’s degree. May substitute four (4) years of relevant work experience for the education requirement.
Experience - Two (2) years’ experience in customer service and office administration with at least one (1) year experience providing administrative support to an executive dealing with confidential and sensitive information. Project Management experience preferred.
