Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Estimator at International Flooring, Inc. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing project requirements, analyzing data, preparing cost estimates, and providing accurate and detailed project bids. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

• Experience in estimating and cost analysis
• Proficiency in construction materials and industry standards
• Attention to detail and accuracy in project assessments
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Proficiency in estimating software Measure Square
• Experience in the flooring industry is a plus
